Delivery Information

At East Fish Processing LLC, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your orders.

1. Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm whether your order has been received and accepted. You can also check the status of your order by emailing customercare@eastfishonline.com with your order reference number.

2. Delivery Timings:

  1. Our delivery service operates Monday to Saturday from 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
  2. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
  3. Orders received before 10:30 PM will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day.
  4. Orders placed after 10:30 PM will be delivered after one additional day.

3. Product Weight & Pricing:

The weight displayed in images is an approximate average. The final price will be adjusted based on the actual weight of the product at the time of delivery.

4. Order Availability & Delays:

  • All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated delivery date.
  • We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but unexpected delays may occur. We are not liable for any losses due to late delivery.

5. Order Issues & Claims:

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please notify us within three working days of receipt. If we do not receive a complaint within this period, the order will be considered satisfactory.
