Delivery Information

We will send you an email/contact you by phone to confirm whether your order has been received and accepted or not. At any time, you can get the status of your order by emailing customercare@eastfishonline.com with a request. Be sure to include the order reference number if you have it. Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible, the weight shown in the image is the average size of this product, however, prices will be adjusted based on actual weight. Product delivery is usually targeted within the next working days of placing the order. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery takes place within the estimated timescale. Our delivery service is Monday to Saturday 12.30 PM to 7.30 PM, except Sundays. On all public holidays, we do not have delivery services. All items are subject to availability. If we are unable to deliver your goods, we will notify you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. If any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit, lack the items shown on the delivery note, or fail to match the items you ordered, you must notify us of such details within three working days of receipt. In the absence of such notification, the Customer shall deem the items to be satisfactory. We are not responsible for any consequential loss arising from late delivery or failure of the Company's designated carrier to deliver. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items shown not to have been received by the customer.
