Tiger Shrimp with Butter Garlic Cream

Ingredients:

•     Tiger Shrimp 2 pc

•     Olive oil 10 ml

•     Butter 60 g

•     Garlic 10 g

•     Onion 10 g

•     Parsley 10 g

•     Cream 60 g

•     Mustard 10 g

•     Salt

•     Pepper

•     Radish  3g

•     Green Apple  40 g

•     Lemon 1 pc

•     Sour Cream 10 g

•     Fresh Dill 2 g

Preparation:

•     Cut the shrimp in the middle and clean. You can cut off heads or leave it.

•     Marinated with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic, and thyme,

•     Preheat the pan, add the shrimp, and cook each side for 3 min till fully cooked.

•     Peppering the sauce, by adding the butter, chopped garlic & onion then add the mustard then add the cream cook for 2 min.

•     Add the chopped parsley salt and pepper and leave on the side. (Ready to use)

Plating:

•     Arrange the shrimps on the plate

•     Add sour cream and the apple slices on the top.

•     Garnish with Dill and Radish.

•     Tiger shrimp with sauce on the side.
