Panfried Salmon On Pumpkin Salad

  • Pumpkin -1 medium sized (Cube cutted)
  • Olive Oil as required
  • Vinegar as required
  • Salt as per taste
  • Crushed Pepper
  • Onion – 1 Pcs
  • Red Chilly – Big size
  • Radish – 5 to 6 (Circle Shaped)
  • Blanched Snow Peas – 6 to 7 pcs
  • Plum – 1 to 2
  • Roasted Hazelnuts
  • Salmon 500 Grms
  • Homemade Butter ( with Parsley, Chives, Coriander and Garlic)


  • Cut Onion and Chilly Cube Size
  • To these add garlic and Pumpkin. Add Olive Oil, crushed pepper, salt .
  • Mix well and put it in oven . Bake it for 20 minutes
  • Take a pan, put olive oil. Roast or panfry the Salmon with salt & pepper on medium flame. To these add Butter and roast a little
  • Cut Plum, Radish and Blanched Snow peas to the baked Pumpkin. To these add pepper, orange flavoured Olive Oil & Vinegar
  • Mix it well


  • Add the mix on a plate, garnish it with roasted hazelnut and plums
  • Serve the salmon on the mix and top it up with homemade butter
