Frozen french fries are fried before being frozen. In fact, they have first been blanched (to increase their shelf life) and then fried in oil (to make them crispy & quick to cook). Baking at home is simply to reheat them.
Cook the Fries at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes. 15 minutes should be about perfect! Shake the basket well during cooking at least once. Cooked Fries turn out golden and delicious!
