Hammour will probably be
the national fish of the Arab world. Doesn't win a beauty contest but wins our
award for the top 10 tastiest fish thanks to its super tasty soft meat with
fewer bones. An export-quality marine fish that is well known for its
taste and availability throughout the year. Ideal for fry and curry recipes.
Please note that, unlike
the fish market where the cutting happens on the whole fish that you take (and
thus appears free), we actually charge you only for the final weight post
cutting, so a fish that is cut will be much larger in the final eatable weight than
a whole fish.
