Our selection of roe-off scallops are tender and juicy. Ideal to add them as an exclusive seafood offering. These are the 'easy to use' 'easy to store' king scallops that are loved around the world. They are individually frozen so that you don't have to use them all at once if you're just serving for one. These scallops have a slight water glaze that will run off when they are defrosted. We recommend using 2 to 3 scallops for a starter and 4 to 5 for a main course dish.
